2026 Cohort

The Talent for Euskadi (Talento para Euskadi) program, led by the Yaran Foundation, is a strategic initiative designed to implement an academic corridor specifically for displaced individuals from the Gaza Strip. The project aims to transform the humanitarian response through safe resettlement pathways that integrate higher education, employability, and social mentorship. We offer an intensive 12-month itinerary in the Basque Country for 20 professionals and Bachelor’s graduates from Gaza committed to regaining their stability and autonomy.

Who is it for?

We are looking for 20 students meeting the following criteria:

Age

Between 23 and 35 years old.

Academic Requirements

A Bachelor’s Degree.

Languages

Functional level of English.

Documentation

Valid passport, no criminal record and certified Bachelor’s certificate and transcript.

Motivation

Interest in learning Spanish and rebuilding your professional identity in Euskadi.

Program Pillars

Educational Excellence

Access to Basque universities for higher education Master’s programs tailored to each participant’s professional profile.

Holistic Support

Intensive Spanish language training (minimum one CEFR level increase), social mentorship, and psychological support.

Safe and Confidential Process

Cultural Integration Activities

Participation in cultural workshops, exploration, and community events designed to foster social belonging and a deep connection with the local environment.

Psychological Support

Access to specialized counseling focused on building resilience and emotional well-being as you transition into your new environment.
